Manual Therapy
We have been trained in Massage, Movement Energy Techniques, Manipulations and Mobilisations. The aim is reduce your pain and gain more movement
Acupuncture
We use Western Acupuncture approach and are AACP
accredited. The aim for acupuncture is to reduce the
pain as well as facilitating more movement.
Taping
Whether it be to support a sprained ankle returning back to five a side football game or reducing your pain around the shoulder we are trained in both KT and Low Dye Taping.
Strength and Conditioning
This is an essential part of your recovery. Each patient will receive a clear exercise programme which can be accessed on your phone as an app or online.
Pilates
We are trained in Mat Work Pilates and APPI accredited. The aim is to improve your core and gluteal engagement as well as your flexibility leading to a reduction in pain.
Running Analysis
We use advanced assessments techniques combined with state-of-the-art video analysis to assess your running gait and develop an appropriate rehabilitation plan.
