Real Health London was founded in 2020 by Stephen Davies, whose mission is to step-change what is thought possible of a health clinic, offering a welcoming experience and treatment that is tailored to the individual. Stephen Davies, BSc, MSc

Physiotherapist and Founder, Real Health London

As an ex-Great Britain gymnast, Stephen knows what it feels like to be injured and to be lying on that treatment couch.

This experience, coupled with his extensive professional training as a physiotherapist, allows him to empathise with the people he treats and deliver a tailored treatment plan that works for the individual and will fit in with their lifestyle.

Daniel Cohen BSc (Hons)

Osteopath

Daniel qualified in 2003 from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM) with an Honours degree in Osteopathic Medicine and a diploma in Naturopathy.

Daniel spent the last 20 years in a variety of clinical environments treating a wide range of patients including children, pregnant mothers, athletes (both couch and elite) and elderly.

He is keen to get his patients involved in their own recovery from an early stage by way of exercise, nutrition, and postural advice, thereby reducing reliance on just hands-on treatment.

He is a keen tennis player, enjoys exercise, music and likes to think of himself as a bit of an amateur bread and pizza baker (images and an occasional sample available on request)

He enjoys lecturing and was formerly a Senior Lecturer in Osteopathic Technique at Oxford Brookes University. He has also taught techniques and clinical skill at BCOM and the University College of Osteopathy.

Daniel has been working in Crouch End / Muswell Hill since shortly after moving here with my wife and 2 young daughters in 2016.

Esther Dee

Level 5 Dip. Soft Tissue Therapy

As a soft tissue therapist Esther works with advanced soft tissue therapy techniques, sports and remedial massage to prevent and treat injury and persistent musculoskeletal conditions. These techniques combined with 14 years experience as a holistic practitioner of massage and reiki results in an intuitive and robust approach.

In recent years Esther has been a resident therapist with Google’s well being team. She is a qualified Well Mother practitioner working with women in all stages of pregnancy through to birth.

Gemma Nicholas

Originally from Australia, Gemma has been living and working in the UK and Europe as a professional dancer for the past 12 years. She recently began a career change and is currently studying a Master’s Degree in Osteopathy. Gemma works ‘behind the scenes’ dealing with anything and everything admin related.

Tom Moore

Senior MSK Physiotherapist

Senior MSK physiotherapist Tom has a background of working in the NHS around the country with a clinical interest in spinal rehabilitation and pain science.

He believes learning about individual’s pasts and working with them to form a tailored rehabilitation plan is vital for therapeutic alliance, effective strength and conditioning and helps prevention of recurrent injury.

Jay Homewood

Personal Trainer

As a Personal Trainer Jay works with several different types of training methods; strength and conditioning, muscle building, flexibility, mobility, balance and stability. With a combination of 13 years experience and a desire to learn and study his results, he has a progressive, fun and educational approach to gym training. 

In recent years Jay has worked alongside a National Netball Squad as their strength and conditioning coach leading to several of his players going on to play with Pulse, Saracens & Bath. 

Jay believes in regular communication throughout a training programme to ensure a well-tailored plan that not only sees results but encourages an enjoyable experience throughout the training session. 

Amr Bayoumi

Physiotherapist

Amr Bayoumi is a lower limb specialist physiotherapist with experience spanning the NHS and 10 years in professional football. Amr understands the challenges of injury at all levels.

His approach, which focuses on understanding both the injury and the individual, helps clients recover effectively and navigate their injury journey in a way that fits into their lifestyle.
